I do understand that when I present myself for a vacancy with a client of Impact Appointments or Impact Personnel, that I am an exclusive candidate of Impact Appointments and Impact Personnel, therefore I verify that I will not apply for the same position through another agency. If, during the course of an application process I am engaged by the employer, I acknowledge that Impact Appointments and Impact Personnel reserves the right to charge an introduction/transfer fee.
